mana Vivaaha Vedika (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe matrimony platform. This page describes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and how users can report concerns.
This policy applies to our website, Android app (com.manavivaahavedika.brahmin), and all related services.
Adults only
mana Vivaaha Vedika is a matrimony service for adults seeking marriage. The platform is not intended for children and must not be used by anyone under the minimum legal marriageable age in India.
Users must be at least 18 years of age (21 for males and 18 for females, as per applicable Indian law) to register. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will remove the account and associated data promptly.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming, exploiting, or endangering minors in any way.
- Using the service to contact, solicit, or arrange meetings with minors for inappropriate purposes.
- Profiles, photos, messages, or content that sexualize minors or depict minors in an inappropriate manner.
- Any conduct that violates child protection laws in India or other applicable jurisdictions.
Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities.
Prevention and moderation
We take steps to keep our platform safe, including:
- OTP-verified mobile registration and age declarations at signup.
- User reporting and blocking tools inside the app.
- Review of reported profiles, photos, and messages by our support team.
- Removal of accounts and content that breach our Terms & Conditions or this policy.
- Cooperation with law enforcement and child-safety organisations when required by law.
How to report child safety concerns
If you see content or behaviour that may involve child abuse, exploitation, or a minor using the platform, please report it immediately using any of the following:

- Email: support@manavivaahavedika.in (use subject line: Child Safety Report).
